HMA has successfully achieved the internationally recognised quality management standard ISO9001:2008 which has been externally audited by the British Standards Institute (BSI). It has been a long process and a huge ‘thank you’ goes to our Digital Media Director, Nicola Tiffany who has successfully guided us through this process.
“It has always been our priority to provide clients with the best possible service, but I really feel that we’ve come a long way in the last few months and having the right systems and processes in place is a key to ensuring continuous improvement" said Nicola.
