March 2007 - Twice a Winner This Time Shy!
HMA, twice previous winners at the Property Marketing Awards and third time short listed, were pipped at the post at this years award ceremony on Wednesday 28th March, held at the Marriott Hotel in London.
"Of course it is disappointing not to have won outright but to have got this far out of literally hundreds of entrants is a great achievement. We will continue to focus on providing solutions that help our clients achieve better business results and hopefully we will win next year!" said Nicola Seal, Digital Media Director.

February 2007 - Property Marketing Awards Here We Come!
HMA have been nominated and short listed for a national Property Marketing Award, recognising their work in the Leisure sector, more specifically The Cornerhouse, Nottingham.
The Property Marketing Awards are organised by The Estates Gazette and in partnership with the Chartered Surveyors' Company. The aim of the awards is to increase the awareness of the essential role of marketing in this specific field.
Nicola, Steve and Claire will be making their way down to the Marriott Hotel on the 28th March and we hope they do not come back empty handed. So keep your fingers crossed!

February 2007 - 'Suited' by Newest Client
Greenwoods Menswear is the most recent client signing up to our email management system.
Greenwoods is one of the UK's largest independent retailers and formal hire specialists. With over 90 branches nationwide and more than 140 years experience.
The email management system provides the ability to send out branded emails, manage email databases online and record/analyse responses from emails sent. This includes the number of e mails viewed, who has clicked through to the website and who did not receive the email. The system is a more cost effective solution to direct mail, enabling Greenwoods to market their promotions on mass at the touch of a button.
"We are very much looking forward to working with Greenwoods. They have a well respected reputation in their field and I hope this is the start of a long term working relationship," said Nicola Seal, Digital Media Director.

January 2007 - Christmas in The Orchard
Orchard Square Shopping Centre is an outdoor shopping mall just off Fargate, nestled in the heart of Sheffield. It combines high street names such as TK Maxx, Virgin Megastores and Body Shop with independent retailers such as Anne Heppell, Andino Jewellery and War Emporium.
HMA launched a Christmas campaign to encourage shoppers to the Square during the festive period and required the collective skills of our PR, creative and digital teams - 'inclusive thinking' from HMA.
A programme of live, festive entertainment was devised, commencing with the Christmas light switch on in late November by Sheffield Wednesday mascot Barney Owl and Miss Sheffield Wednesday. The entertainment, including local choirs, musicians and street entertainers, took place during weekends in December. This ran simultaneously with targeted advertising and editorial within the local media.
A successful Christmas campaign was achieved, Orchard Square was well patronised and local media coverage including the Sheffield Star, Hallam FM, South Yorkshire Times and Exposed Magazine.
