HMA is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and hard-working developer to join a successful marketing agency, supporting our growing client base in health, science and tech and bringing their digital ambitions to life. As a creative agency, we’re interested in pushing the boundaries of client briefs and helping them realise the art of the possible – providing industry insight, digital leadership, and delivering on the tangible outputs of digital marketing activity.
We’d like to hear from you if you would like to be part of an agency team that creates award-winning, user-centred digital experiences.
We’re looking for a full stack developer, preferably with a back-end bias with:
- Proven PHP/Node.js experience
- Solid understanding of OOP/MVC
- Ability to write clean, documented code and unit/integration tests
- Relational databases (e.g. MySQL/PostgreSQL) including data modelling/normalisation
- RESTful API design & development
It would also be a huge bonus if you were also able to demonstrate experience in any of the following:
- Serverless architecture
- Dev-ops workflows
- Cloud hosting solutions e.g. AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
- NHS system development or software integration
In addition to your technical capability, you must demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for your work and a desire to continually improve your skills and knowledge.
Working closely with our in-house developers and Technical Director, you will quickly become an integral part of the development team working on some exciting digital projects in Health, Science and Technology.
Salary will be negotiable based on experience up to a maximum of £50k per annum plus benefits.
Please note, we are currently remote working but when we do return to the office, the successful candidate will be required to work from our Barnsley based headquarters at least once a week.
If you would like to apply, please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to email@example.com
No agencies please.
