Nicola Tiffany, HMA’s managing director was delighted to be asked back to judge the prestigious UK Digital Experience Awards 2016 (UKDXA) awards in London on the 2nd December.

Now in its third year The UK Digital Experience Awards recognise and celebrate the delivery of an exceptional customer experience through digital media channels.

The awards are unique in format in that finalists present live on the morning of the event prior to the awards ceremony adding an extra level of competition for the entrants.

The judges are chosen from a wide range of industries with diverse knowledge, skills, and experience in a variety of business disciplines.

This year, Nicola chaired the “Not for profit” Judging panel and presented the award to winners Gate One Ltd for their digital transformation project with the Richmond Housing Partnership. The British Medical Association won silver within this category.

Nicola said “The not for profit award was a particularly strong category, however Gate One’s entry was a clear winner, demonstrating the effectiveness of the work with clear measurable data.”

The same entry won Gate One four other awards including the “Overall Best Digital Experience” award which was taken from all the winners from the day.

Nicola also presented the “Hospitality, Leisure, Food and Drinks” won by Sagittarius in partnership with Journey Latin America.
