As the outbreak of the COVID-19 continues to evolve, we, along with everyone else, are following all advice set out by the Government and Public Health England. In line with current guidance, the entire HMA team is now working remotely which I’m sure you’ll agree is in everyone’s best interests. Our priority is to deliver the same high level of service that you’re used to, whilst ensuring the wellbeing of our staff and their families.

We have been planning for this eventuality so that we could be fully operational as soon as remote working became a requirement so other than a lack of face to face contact, it’s business as usual for us – we have taken measures to ensure that everyone can work securely and effectively from home and all work is continuing to be carried out as scheduled.

Our office phone number (01226 209450) has been diverted to our operations and finance manager Barbara however, she will only be able to take messages during this period of remote working, she does not have the facility to put calls through. We’re therefore advising all clients to call our mobiles or email.

The next few weeks/months will no doubt prove to be incredibly challenging for everyone, not least those that become ill but we’ll keep the lines of communication open with our clients and partners and FaceTime when we can.
