Custom online training platform for BHBIA’

Improving its members’ online learning experience and increasing the effectiveness of data reporting were two of the objectives the British Healthcare Business Association (BHBIA) achieved with the delivery of a new responsive training module designed and developed by HMA.

The BHBIA is a professional association that offers those working in a business intelligence environment a range of online courses, seminars and conferences to develop their skills. Members are required to complete their training annually to retain their membership with the BHBIA through online training and certification.

Having worked with the Association for a number of years, HMA proposed improvements to the BHBIA’s current online training module to accommodate their continued growth in new members. Two updated courses, Legal and Ethical Guidelines for Market Researchers and ABPI-approved Adverse Event Reporting were released for the launch of the new module with additional new training courses to follow.

HMA built custom reporting tools to enable the BHBIA to review the analytics captured from assessment questions against answers to track and measure areas that may require additional information and spot potential trends.

BHBIA’s Executive Officer Aline Rogers, said: “It has been good to work with HMA on our new training site.

“We are very pleased with the design and functionality, particularly the improved speed of the new site, and so far feedback from members has been excellent.”
