HMA is excited to be working in partnership with the Maserati Club Ltd. The partnership will see the creation of a new digital platform for the Maserati Club, whilst pioneering the development of a new membership proposition for HMA.

The Maserati Club was formed in 1972 when a group of enthusiastic owners decided that they could not be alone in sharing a passion for these cars. The club is devoted not only to owners of Maseratis but also to enthusiasts of the marque.

HMA is looking to develop a portfolio of digital services, which will help organisations, just like the Maserati Club, to provide first-class user experiences to their membership – whilst streamlining the management of day-to-day operations. The aim is to offer everything that a membership organisation would expect: content management, customer relationship management (CRM), outstanding functionality and much more.

The objective of the partnership is to provide the Maserati Club with a tailored solution, that adds real value to its membership, whilst providing HMA the opportunity to understand the needs of this target segment in more detail. This pilot with Maserati Club will allow HMA to build upon their experience of working with other leading membership organisations.
