Birchwood Park, owned by British commercial property company MEPC, is home to 165 companies and over 5,700 people from large blue chip organisations to new start-ups. The Birchwood Park website had been in existence for several years and followed a uniform design set across the MEPC estates in 2012. However, to meet the needs of its service delivery promise, the Park required an online presence that would represent the brand in a more creative and dynamic way, position itself as the North West’s premier location for businesses to locate increase user engagement and improve user experience.

Following the Park’s new brand guidelines and ‘Expect More’ messaging, HMA designed and developed a solution that would take on a more visual feel, working outside the restrictions of the current content managed templates, whilst maintaining the site’s structure in line with the other MEPC estates. The new website features cleaner layouts, subtle animations and updated content which all work together to provide a slick user experience.
