HMA will be co-creating the project with Community Links and mhabitat and the design will focus on improving user journeys in order to access service provision. HMA will bring 20 years of effective digital design and online technical expertise to the process as well as extensive experience in working in the health sector.
HMA were delighted to win the project following a tough pitching process against a number of other agencies. After being provided with a brief HMA audited the existing website using this to produce a proposal and full functionality specification which was presented to the Community Links project team.
Managing Director at HMA Nicola Tiffany said “It’s fantastic to be working on such an important and exciting project. The work that Community Links engages in has the potential to change people’s lives for the better and being able to contribute by helping improve their online offering has really inspired the team at HMA.“
