HMA Client Services Director Nicola Tiffany was invited to judge at the prestigious UK Digital Experience Awards in London on Friday 27th November.
The UK Digital Experience Awards recognise and celebrate the delivery of an exceptional customer experience through digital media channels. Nicola was chosen to judge the best app/mobile-first strategy which was won by AXA PPP healthcare.
Nicola said, “I was delighted to be a judge at such a high profile awards. The best app category was an extremely strong field, I was particularly impressed with the presentations from the finalists and AXA PPP Healthcare proved to be a worthy winner”.
“Judging at the awards was a fantastic way to network amongst a diverse group of professionals”.
Over 400 digital and customer experience professionals attended the awards with 48 businesses making the finals. Planning for next year’s finals are already underway.
