HMA Digital Marketing announced today that its Quality Management System has been recertified for ISO 9001:2008. The comprehensive recertification audit, performed annually by the British Standards Institute (BSI), was successfully completed on Tuesday 4th March with no non-conformances. The report also highlighted that, in comparison to other registered organisations within the same industry sector, the firm showed a very good level of performance.

ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognised quality management system (QMS) standard and in order to achieve the certification, companies must demonstrate that they have implemented a comprehensive QMS that addresses all areas of operations including a strong customer focus, internal staff, processes and continual improvement. Checking that the Quality Management System works is a key component of ISO 9001:2008 and internal audits are required are on a regular basis to monitor and improve the system.

Nicola Tiffany, Client Services Director at HMA said “HMA is committed to delivering exceptional digital marketing services to our clients, on time, that deliver results. To incorporate these core values into our daily processes, we took the decision to implement the Quality Management System in 2011 to prove to organisations our commitment to quality and process and ensure that our customers get consistent, high quality services. Our customer-centric approach to how we do business focusses our strategy on the quality objectives we have in place and our re-certification represents our continued commitment to continuous improvement in this area.
