From next Monday 11th May – Friday 15th May, its Walk to Work Week, part of National Walking Month; an annual campaign run by Living Streets which promotes walking for all.

HMA will be taking part in Walk to Work Week and encourage staff and clients to incorporate walking into their daily routine, whether that’s to and from work, during your lunch break, or taking a walking meeting!

It only takes a few minutes to sign up for Walk to Work week ( and once signed up, you’ll be able to:

Log your walks to see how they all add up to burn calories and save carbon
View live totalisers and leaderboards to spur you on
Get competitive with colleagues and take part in individual and team activities
