An improved user experience, incorporating a new responsive design and user generated content was HMA’s latest project to enhance Birchwood Park’s engagement with their 6000 strong occupiers in a community focussed website.Home to 165 organisations, HMA have worked with Patrizia’s Birchwood Park for over 10 years delivering digital strategy and marketing.

Sitting on a sub-domain alongside Birchwood Park’s main website, Parklife is a community information hub that communicates the key benefits to life on the park and promotes all their latest news, events, jobs and travel information.

User generated content is encouraged via online forms and integration with social media to promote competitions and events to encourage further engagement with the Park’s community

Popular features from the existing website were given a design and layout refresh whist maintaining the current brand identity.

In the run up to launching the website HMA conducted, an SEO review on the in order maintain search rankings and traffic from the old content, redirecting to the new site pages.
