When we came back from the Christmas break, we were pleased to welcome another addition to the HMA team – Aidan Johnson has joined us as our new Junior Developer!
Here’s a little bit more about him…
What’s your story?
I’m a pretty laid-back guy with a dry sense of humour. I’m interested in all things tech and have been for as long as I can remember.
I started programming in secondary school and haven’t been able to stop since then!
And your professional background?
I finished my computer science degree at the University of Lincoln in September. My position here at HMA is my first in the industry and I am very excited to get stuck in. I hope to refine my skills in the coming months and prove myself to be a valuable member of the team.
What do your weekends look like?
My weekends change quite often! My go to is a chilled night in playing videogames. Other weeks me and my friends will play a boardgames from my ever-growing collection. I often enjoy bouldering or route climbing as Sheffield has an excellent selection of climbing centres. Or I might take to the pub for a few drinks.
I’m always keeping myself occupied with new hobbies and projects.
