NHS Blood and Transplant is a special health authority, dedicated to saving and improving lives through a wide range of services that are provided to the NHS. Having already established links with HMA to produce a the Blood Choices app the team were asked by the Regional Lead, at NHS Blood and Transplant to use illustration and design to bring to life two national projects.

The first was to visually represent the 2015 National Patient Blood Management (PBM) Survey statistics using infographics.

The second was to create collateral to support a national campaign to encourage medical practitioners to “Save one bag of O Negative” blood per week.
